BBP is excited to share our first volunteering opportunity of the fall!
We are partnering with the Leonard Gelfand STEM Center at Case Western Reserve University to share the story of Billion Bottle Project with a group of visiting middle school students. The STEM Center works to engage preK-12 students in science and engineering activities and inspire long-term interest in STEM careers.
Members from Billion Bottle Project’s various teams will be talking about our unique experiences, from why we were inspired to join BBP, to the different projects we’ve gotten to work on in Ohio and internationally, to our upcoming goals this school year. We hope to share the importance of our mission with these bright young students and provide a tangible example of the kinds of clubs and organizations they can become involved in in their futures.
