Increasing awareness about the water crisis right here in Cleveland!

Drops for Life

Drops for Life is a local waterborne illness education program for Cleveland elementary school students during Spring 2018. The Cleveland State University chapter of Billion Bottle Project is planning to pilot this exciting interactive event to engage dozens of young students, teaching them about the water-related issues we face here in Cleveland.

In the pursuit of our goal to help improve the drinking water of our global community, we also want to connect and engage with our local community. Our internship opportunities, currently available on our engineering and design teams, allow us to provide hands-on educational experiences for local undergraduate students. Interns receive direct, one-on-one mentorship and real-world experience while helping serve BBP's mission.

Global Health Education

Here at the Billion Bottle Project, we are very passionate about global medicine and want to share that perspective with our local community. As part of our global health lecture series, we welcomed experienced physician Dr. Victor Ladele on August 2, 2017 as he discusses his insights into global medical practice. Dr. Ladele has worked extensively with the World Health Organization and United Nations on various medical missions, including a task-force on Ebola during the 2015 outbreak. We loved learning from his experiences!
